FABAY, one of the strongest companies in the Aegean Region, has its roots dating back to 1948 in Fethiye. Over the course of 75 years, the company has expanded its investments in the jewelry, construction, hospitality, and energy sectors, surpassing a workforce of 4,000 employees. In addition to the construction investments in the Bodrum Peninsula, FABAY has projects in Fethiye, Göcek, Dalaman, Kıyıkışlacık, Didim, and along the entire Aegean coastline.
As the FABAY family, we take pride in delivering 6247 homes in 55 projects, just as we promised.

Establishment
FABAY’s first business life begins with Hasan Hüseyin ÖZYER and his son Ömer ÖZYER going from village to village trading fabric.
1955
First Shop
FABAY opens its first haberdashery shop in 1955.
1960
From Manufacturing to Sales
Hasan Hüseyin ÖZYER opens the first jewelry manufacturing and sales store.
1966
Second Shop
Ömer ÖZYER develops the jewelry and fabric trade and opens their second store.
1977
Handover
Ömer ÖZYER hands over the trade he established and developed with his father to his sons Hasan, Süleyman, and Faruk ÖZYER.
1985
Step into new sectors
The ÖZYER brothers step into a different sector, launching their first petrol station.
1988
Entry to the Construction Sector
With FABAY’s entry into the construction sector in 1988, the company’s growth rate gains momentum.
1991
First Hotel to Fethiye
FABAY carries out its first activity in the tourism sector with the Asena Village hotel in the Hisarönü area of Fethiye.
1995
Continuing Jewelry
FABAY, which has developed in the jewelry sector, opens Gold Center in Marmaris.
1997
Second Jewelry Store in Fethiye
The second store in the jewelry sector is opened in Fethiye under the name Telmessos Gold Center on this date.
1999
Third Jewelry Store to Bodrum
FABAY’s third jewelry store opens in Bodrum under the name Bodrum Gold Center.
2002
Hanel Comes to Life
Residential development work begins under the name Hanel House in Fethiye.
2005
Three new 5-star hotels
At this date, FABAY starts three different hotel projects. They bring to life Liberty Hotel Lara in Antalya and 5-star holiday village concept hotels named Tropical and Suntopia Palace in Sarıgerme.
2011
FABAY in the Energy Sector
Around these years, FABAY steps into the energy sector and AS Enerji starts operations.
2015
Boutique and Luxury Projects
In 2015, FABAY begins developing boutique and luxury residences.
2018
FABAY Adabükü Houses Delivery
The first phase of the FABAY Adabükü Houses is delivered in 2018.
2019
Matild Palace Opened
Matild Palace & Luxury Hotel Collection Budapest was opened.
2021
Liberty FABAY Opened
Liberty FABAY, listed among the best hotels of Fethiye in its opening year, opens its doors to guests.

Kızılada Houses Project Started
FABAY returns to its roots and starts the FABAY Kızılada Houses project.
